The beginning of my journey began with the connection of breath to movement. I can think of few things that make me feel greater than the thrill I get from playfulness. 

My dynamic movement classes are the time for you to find your inner child. If you fall, if you laugh, if you want to just sigh out with excitement or emotion - you're in the safe space to do so! Nothing is so serious...your yoga practice shouldn't feel like a chore. Find the space to recreate that lighthearted feeling while concentrating your focus and attention on what you feel.
